After signing in, open:

My Downloads

You can usually find this in the main website menu or inside your account.

Your purchased products will appear once your purchase has been successfully confirmed.

Find the product you purchased.

Select:

Download Latest Version

Your download access is protected.

Only customers with a verified purchase and access to the product can download it.

#Product Not Available Yet?

If a product is still being prepared for release, you may see a message explaining that the download is currently unavailable.

Once the product becomes available, your download option will appear.

#🔄 7. Getting Product Updates

You do not need to purchase the product again when a new version is released.

Purchased products can receive future updates as long as your purchase remains eligible for updates.

When a new version is released:

Sign in to your Crazy Eyes Studio account.
Open My Downloads.
Select the product.
Click Download Latest Version.
Download the newest available version.

The download page may also display:

Current version
Release notes
Update date
Previous version information

#❓ 8. My Product Isn't Showing Up

If your purchased product isn't appearing under My Downloads, check the following.

#Check Your Account

Make sure you are signed in to the correct Crazy Eyes Studio account.

#Check Your Email

Make sure you're using the same email address that was used during checkout.

#Check Your Payment

Verify that your payment was completed successfully.

#Check My Downloads

Make sure you're looking under:

My Downloads

and not the regular Store page.
